Description
Large-brimmed, black straw hat decorated with black ostrich feather, black velvet band finished with a bow and a jet buckle ornament in the centre. Underside of brim is edged with black velvet and lined with black embroidered net. Two jet hatpins and a round-heade plain pin hold the ribbon in place round the crown.
