Description
Black 'flapper' dress with drop waist. Gold cornelli-style decoration on bottom edge and inset at front neck. Front skirt is plain, back and sides have an overskirt bearing embroidery in metallic thread seoarated by bands of horizontal pintucks. Plain centre panel edged with vertical pintucks. Front inset at neck has piping at lower scalloped edge.
