.1) & .2) Satsuma Japanese buckles which have been converted-brooches. Scalloped edges, mauve/gold floral design on white. .3) Hexagonal buckle bought second hand by Mrs Sinclair - bird of paradise, flora, river and river bank dark blue border with gold scroll design. .4) Oval buckle worn by Mrs Meta Sturgess - brown/white wisteria design.
